Grainne Gray is a visionary event strategist with a passion for creating experiences that leave a lasting impact. As the Director of Event Experience at SDE Events, she serves as the main project manager, overseeing every detail from conception to execution. Grainne works closely with internal teams, key stakeholders, and clients to develop budget strategies, program outlines, speaker commitments, and marketing content—all while ensuring seamless coordination and communication throughout the planning process.

With a career deeply rooted in events, Grainne’s expertise spans everything from weddings filled with love to conferences that inspire learning, galas infused with a touch of magic, and networking events that foster genuine connections. She believes that every event should be more than just an occasion—it should be an unforgettable experience that resonates with attendees long after it ends.

While SDE Events operates anywhere and everywhere, Grainne is based in beautiful Utah, where she has lived since 2016. When she’s not orchestrating extraordinary events, she enjoys skiing, hiking, yoga, traveling, and—most importantly—spending time with her two daughters, striving to be the best role model she can be.
