Yes, absolutely. Everyone is encouraged and welcome to come to all of our social events and educational sessions. The only restriction is our certification classes on August 26th, as these are a separate registration, which is available on our main registration page on our website, and are limited and subject to availability.
The conference provides beverage service throughout the day. Breakfast and lunch options are available on your own at our concession stand and food trucks throughout the event. The welcome reception will include hosted bar and cash bar options, as well as light hors d’oeuvres. Our welcome RMMS Throwdown Party will include bar options and dinner vouchers.
The only time that this event is open to the public is on Friday, August 1st through August 28th, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., in support of the community. For the rest of the duration of the conference, attendees must be registered. Registration is also available on site.
Yes, a general code for $50 off registration is RMMS26, which can be used on our General website when registering. Each of our exhibiting partners also has their own custom codes. Please reach out to our Events team for those specific details.
Items should be shipped to arrive between August 20th – August 24th. Do not schedule to cover on a weekend. Please schedule deliveries not between 11:30-1:30pm, as the building is closed during these hours, and not before 9am and 5pm.
Shipping Out: All items must have a shipping label or a BOL. You must schedule your pick ups with your preferred freight or shipping company on Friday Aug 28th after 3pm, and after 9am on Monday August 31st. If you have large items,
